Criteria For NAI Leader: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities criteria

Your best source of advice when needed are the Board officers that serve with you. They are:

Lynn Youngblood,, Vice President for Administration: forestsprite@sbcglobal.net
Donna Richardson, Vice President for Programs: donna_richardson@nps.gov
Nancy Stimson, Secretary: Nancy_Stimson@nps.gov
Bruce Stebbins, Treasurer: BruceStebbins@ongov.net

They are happy to help you figure out ways to complete your responsibilities efficiently. Ultimately the association depends on the work of hundreds of volunteers to deliver services in a timely way. We hope you will find this opportunity to lead a growth experience for you and a great opportunity to share your skills.

You can also contact me at any time that you have questions. I have served in many other roles in NAI and have had many opportunities to see what works best with our membership. My e-mail is .

And of course you should feel free to ask the help of staff. Start with Executive Director Tim Merriman or Associate Director Lisa Brochu and they will help you get assistance from the appopriate staff person. See their e-mail addresses in the next column. Staff roles are defined by job descriptions and their time is limited so they may not be able to take on assignments that you need done. They will always be willing to suggest ways to succeed using volunteers or other resources.

You can also contact me at any time that you have questions.
My e-mail is JCovel@mbayaq.org.
