Publications
Greetings
from the art and publications office.
Legacy
The November/December issue is on the cusp of going to the printer.
I am starting to get stories together for the January/February
issue. Themes have been established through the May/June 2006 issue
and are
as
follow:
• January/February
2006: Interpreting Slavery
• March/April
2006: Interpretive Road Trip (Scenic Byways)
• May/June 2006: Non-Traditional Interpretation in Non-Traditional Settings by
Non-Traditional Providers (i.e., airports, city sidewalks, etc.)
The Interpreter.
I am about to begin production on the November/December issue.
InterpNews
The fall issue has mailed. The winter 2006 issue will be produced
in January.
Journal of Interpretation Research
I hope to produce the second 2005 issue by the end of the year,
pending delivery of materials from the editor.
NIW Materials
All NIW materials, including the program guide, sourcebook, excellence award
brochures, program at a glance, and name badge tickets, have been sent to the
printer
Ephemera
The next three weeks will be spent getting ready for the NIW. There's
an armful of materials that are produced in-house, including documents
for the association store, promotions for LTF and international
programs, and multi-media presentations for awards ceremonies and
plenary sessions.
Schedule
My
upcoming schedule is available at www.interpnet.com/board/schedule.htm.
Respectfully,
Paul
