• Sent membership expiration letters to commercial members
• Sent welcome packets and table tents to new commercial members
• Sent exhibitor packets to exhibitors
• Sent blanket fax to commercial members about exhibiting at NIW
Library & Archives.
• Worked with volunteer, Judy Brudfort, to implement system for organizing
books, me-dia, and archival material
• Received publications from members who donated to Heritage Library
• Listed donations from John Hanna for thank you letter and put book
plates into donated books, curricula, and theses/dissertations
• Trained new student worker, Kelsey Birdsey
• Brought archived media awards to library from storage unit
Media Awards.
• Participated in conference calls
• Met with Cheryl Hazlitt, judging coordinator
• Copied judges forms for each entrant
• Sent letters of congratulations/sorry to media competition entrants
• Reviewed plaque inscriptions and called those entrants whose requested
information looked strange
• Fielded calls from media award finalists
