Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept online credit card payments, using major credit cards such as Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you have a copy of our catalogue, you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or snail mail.
We accept purchase orders (P.O.) to be used for payment. We require that a hard copy of your P.O. is either faxed or mailed and received by NAI prior to any processing. The P.O. number must be entered into the field on the payment screen when you submit your order.
Shipping And Handling
Domestic (48 contiguous states):
In general, we use UPS and charge $7 shipping & handling for the first item, and $2 for every successive item. The exception is the Certification Library Package, which is a set of 6 books with a shipping & handling charge of $12. Every successive item in the order will have a $2 charge, unless the item is another Certification Library Package, in which case $12 will be charged.
Alaska, Hawaii, & International:
We charge exact shipping costs. Because different international destinations require different processes (e.g., Alaska & Hawaii are prohibitively expensive for UPS, so we use USPS Priority), we will compute the shipping charges and contact you before we charge your credit card to make sure the costs are acceptable to you. NAI has no control over tariffs from other countries, which are often separate from shipping charges. NAI cannot be responsible for those charges, please consult your local shipping authorities for more information prior to ordering.
Delivery Schedule
We will process your order within 7-14 days. If you need to have your order processed more quickly, please call us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Our business is operated from Fort Collins, Colorado, in the United States of America. A 3% state tax is applied to all orders invoiced within Colorado. All other orders are tax-free.

You may shop the Association Store online with complete confidence. Your credit card information is encrypted with 1024-bit RSA/SHA encryption, the strongest commercially available, before it is stored on our server. The communication between your browser and our server is also protected.
