Exhibitor Benefits
More than 100 exhibitors are expected at this workshop.
Exhibitors can expect to make more than 1,100 contacts. Many workshop attendees are at the decision-making levels of their respective organizations and agencies.
Meals served in the exhibit hall will be delivered to each booth prior to mealtime. Additional meal packages may be purchased for $60.
Exhibitors may opt to receive up to two discounted workshop registrations ($150)*, allowing access to programs that provide them with valuable information about potential clients and entitling exhibitors to have meals that are provided to workshop registrants.
The exhibit hall is featured at the start of the workshop, when interest is high and participants are arriving.
Extended lunch Thursday during which there will be no concurrent sessions.
Exhibitors who sponsor parts of the workshop receive high-profile recognition.
Exhibitors receive a discounted advertising rate for the workshop program.
Exhibitors may rent the participant mailing list for pre- or post-workshop promotions.
*NAI Region/Section booth attendents are not eligible for reduced registrations, and must register through the full workshop registration form.

10:00am–5:00pm Exhibit Hall open (Lunch Served in the Exhibit Hall)
 
Thursday, November 13
7:00am–2:00pm Exhibit Hall open (Breakfast and Lunch Served in the Exhibit Hall)
2:00–4:00pm Take-down
