Payment

Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. Web registration welcomes payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. If you would like to pay by wire transfers or check (payable to NAI) please email registration@interpnet.com to receive a printable registration form.

Using NAI Credits

To use your NAI Credits to pay for all or part of your conference registration, please contact registration@interpnet.com before registering. We will bill your account and apply available credits before any other method of payment.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from the NAI Registration Department, (please add ‘conferences@interpnet.com’ to your safe senders list). If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact conferences@interpnet.com.

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by NAI and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.

Registrant gives NAI permission to use their emails for information purposes, to send updates on the conference and events and to give to the sponsors that support the conference. Any information obtained from attendees will not be shared or sold to any outside agency.

We continue to monitor the health and safety protocols provided by the CDC.  We will be working closely with our host hotel as well to ensure your health and safety are top priority.  Should travel restrictions or lock down mandates occur in or around our conference dates, we will be adjusting our conference cancellation policies as well as occupancy levels accordingly.

Additional Terms and Conditions

I agree that NAI has the right to cancel this experience based on current travel safety protocol and guidelines, lack of local ability to participate, with no refund, but a credit toward a future NAI even. 
I agree to send NAI event organizers my flight itineraries no later than April 10, 2023 for coordination of transportation arrangements.   

Cancellation/Refunds

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by April 1, 2023. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $750 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after April 1, 2023.

Submit all requests to NAI Registration via email at registration@interpnet.com. NAI regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than April 1, 2023. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.

COVID-19/Coronavirus Waiver, Release Agreement, and Acknowledgement

By agreeing to the terms and conditions below, you acknowledge, understand and agree that an inherent risk of exposure to the coronavirus, COVID-19, exists in any public place where people are present and is an extremely contagious disease. Although the National Association for Interpretation is committed to the safety of all attendees and guests, we cannot guarantee that other attendees and guests have not been exposed to COVID-19 and may have introduced the COVID-19 virus into the premises and/or event. By participating in the meeting,  and/or event you and any guests agree to voluntarily assume all risks associated with the exposure to COVID-19. You understand that it is your responsibility to know and understand your own underlying health conditions and risk factors, and take appropriate measures, including wearing a protective face mask to protect yourself from exposure to COVID-19.  You agree to abide by the preventative measures put into place by the Event Host, National Association for Interpretation, and governmental agencies, to reduce the spread of COVID-19, and further understand that the Event Host and National Association for Interpretation cannot guarantee that you will not become infected by your participation in our event. The Event Host and National Association for Interpretation reserves the right to remove you from the premises and/or vehicles if you, or your guests, fail to follow our rules, regulations and guidelines.

I acknowledge and agree that I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while participating in the NAI Conference and recognize that I may be at risk of contracting COVID-19 through no fault of National Association for Interpretation and its affiliates (“Released Parties”).  With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, agree not to sue, and to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, damages, and lawsuits whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
