Pre-Conference Workshops
Pre-conference workshops delve deep into relevant topics for one or two days before the event officially begins.
CE Credits
Attendance at the in-person National Conference will be worth up to 40 hours of continuing education towards NAI certifications. Attendance at the Virtual National Conference will be worth 20 hours of continuing education towards NAI certifications. Please note that this does not automatically renew your certification.
Require special accommodations?
NAI does its best to follow the ADA guidelines for large events. If you have a special circumstance, please email conferences@interpnet.com as soon as possible so we have adequate time to arrange the accommodation. Any live-streaming content will have auto-generated captions in English.
Signed up to volunteer for the conference?
Once our Volunteer Coordinator approves your hours, we will add your registration discount into our registration system. You'll get an email as soon as everything is setup for you to register at the discounted rate.
Payment
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. Web registration welcomes payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. If you would like to pay by wire transfers or check (payable to NAI) please email registration@interpnet.com to receive a printable registration form.
Need to pay with multiple payment cards?
If you need to pay with two cards, please proceed to register for the base registration and anything else that can be added to that card. Proceed to checkout and pay for the registration. Once you have completed that step, come back to the registration page and add any additional events. When you proceed to the payment page again, you will be asked to reenter your payment information.
Using NAI Credits
To use your NAI Credits to pay for all or part of your conference registration, please contact credits@interpnet.com before registering. We will bill your account and apply available credits before any other method of payment.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from the NAI Registration Department, (please add ‘conferences@interpnet.com’ to your safe senders list). If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact conferences@interpnet.com.
Consent Clause
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by NAI and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
Registrant gives NAI permission to use their emails for information purposes, to send updates on the conference and events and to give to the sponsors that support the conference. Any information obtained from attendees will not be shared or sold to any outside agency.
We continue to monitor the health and safety protocols provided by the CDC. We will be working closely with our host hotel as well to ensure your health and safety are top priority. Should travel restrictions or lock down mandates occur in or around our conference dates, we will be adjusting our conference cancellation policies as well as occupancy levels accordingly.
