Due to a circumstance out of NAI’s control, our International conference venue has been changed from SESC in the Jacarepaguá region to the Windsor Florida Hotel located in the heart of the Rio de Janeiro Flamengo neighborhood. Within walking distance to several museums, restaurants, shopping and the beach!
If you have booked your rooms at the Novotel, IBIS or Hilton near SESC, you will need to cancel and rebook at the Windsor Florida Hotel, our new conference hotel. Or you can choose the Hostel Republica for even lower rates (see below).

Rio’s International Airport—Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport, also known as Galeão International Airport—offers flights from major cities throughout the world. At the time of this publication, direct flights from the US are as low as $900 (from New York), $1,100 (from Denver), or $1,200 (from Los Angeles).
NAI has setup a bus group transportation at a reduced fee to/from Rio Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport, (also known as Galeão International Airport) (GIG) to the Windsor Florida Hotel. the group rate of r$ 90,00 Brazilian Real (about $24 USD) per person, per one-way will be offered on Sunday, May 19, and Saturday, May 25 (the conference’s busiest arrival/departure days) only. You may also book outside of these days; additional rates will apply.
