Conference Rates*

Early Bird: $250 US
(through March 15, 2019)

Regular Registration: $300 US
(March 16, 2019 - May 5, 2019) 

Residents of Brazil: $165 US
Must be a Brazilian resident 

Deadline to Register is May 5! 
Full individual registration includes all conference sessions; meals to include coffee breaks, lunch, and welcome reception at Sugarloaf Mountain and transportation to SESC from Novotel hotel (scheduled bus times on session days only).

Special Terms and Cancellation

NAI's cancellation policies reflect the need to supply final numbers to conference facilities, caterers, and transportation providers.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed, postmarked, or faxed by April 7; a nonrefundable processing fee of $100 will be assessed. Emailed cancellations should be sent to registration@interpnet.com.
  • Cancellations cannot be made by phone.
  • Changes to off-site sessions can be made on this registration form until April 7, subject to availability.
  • Additional event or meal tickets are nonrefundable after April 7. No refunds for additional events or meal tickets will be given at the conference.
  • No refunds will be given after April 7.

 

Consent to Use

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NAI conferences and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to NAI's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Registrant gives NAI permission to use their emails for information purposes, to send updates on the conference and events and to give to the sponsors that support the conference. Any information obtained from attendees will not be shared or sold to any outside agency.

Please note that we will offer sessions in English only; Portuguese only; with some sessions having the option to be translated.

We open the conference from one of the most spectacular cityscapes in the world. Join us perched on top of Sugarloaf Mountain (accessible by cable car) for a view of Rio’s diverse neighborhoods, beaches, and rainforest-carpeted hills as we open what will be an incredible gathering of cultures, ideas, food, nature, and interpretation.
