Professional Development and Education Team

Jean Fleury is Certificate Programs Administrator for NAI. She trains and works with over 600 instructors to schedule, support, and manage their CIG/CIH courses.

Kat Jackson is the Certification Program Administrator for NAI. She administers the professional certification program and works to support professional development courses. Additionally, she supports the soon-to-launch learning management system.
