If you have purchased a membership today, you will need to wait one business day before your membership becomes active and the system gives you the member rate.  

FULL REGISTRATION includes registration for all three days plus meals (Friday ice cream social, Saturday dinner, Saturday and Sunday breakfast, and Saturday and Sunday lunch) and access to all workshop events for the registrant.
ONE DAY REGISTRATION includes food and participation in all events for the registrant on the day chosen. 

LODGING AVAILABLE AT DISCOUNTED RATE AT THE ARCATA HOTEL (OPTIONAL)
Hotel Arcata is offering discounted rooms for our group on Friday, April 1st and Saturday, April 2nd. You must call to book a room and specify you are attending a “conference at HSU.” Prices range from $77-110 per room. You will not be able to book the rooms online. If you try to book online it will show that there is no availability on those dates because they have blocked the space for our group. The discount is only valid until March 18, 2016 (two weeks prior to the workshop). There are only 32 rooms available. The hotel is less than a mile walk, about 15 minutes from our conference space at Humboldt State University. It is centrally located on the plaza and near all the great spots and shops. Hotel Arcata offers unique rooms in a historic hotel.

NAI Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given until March 18, 2016 with a $25 cancellation fee. After that date, refunds will be given only by review of the Region 9 Board of Directors.

Once you have completed that step, come back to the registration page and add any additional events. When you proceed to the payment page again, you will be asked to reenter your payment information.

Already registered but want to add something else?
If you've already registered but want to add additional items, just come back to this page. You will be able to edit your additional events until about two weeks before events.

Wanting to add a second ticket for something you are already registered for? You will have to remove the first ticket and add 2 tickets (or however many you want) back on to your registration.
