Planning for the financial success of a program takes creativity and imagination along with planning and a little math. A sound financial plan provides insight into events and programs. During this session, we will work together to build a budget that accounts for all foreseeable expenses.

Becky has been in the non-formal education field for over 20 years. She has a Ms.Ed. and an M.B.A. along with a C.I.T. credential and Lean Certification. Often referred to as budget Becky, she sees the need and value in sound financial planning for interpretive programs and events.

Member: $35
Retired/Senior/Volunteer/Student: $25 (must be member at one of these levels to receive discount)
Nonmember: $50

For NAI Institutional and Commercial members wishing to purchase attendance for multiple staff members: the first registrant will pay normal pricing and each additional registrant will run $20. Anyone wishing to gain Certification renewal hours from the webinar will have to login to the webinar on their own computer.
