Registration Fees
Your registration fees will be determined by the membership on your account.
If you have purchased your membership today, you will need to wait at least one business day for the membership rate to kick in.
Membership is not automatically included for nonmembers, but you will have the ability to apply the nonmember fee difference towards a membership during the registration process.
Life members will automatically receive Professional rates. If you have recently retired, please contact
membership@interpnet.com and we can adjust your account for the discounted pricing.
Institutional members will need to register their first two attendees before receiving a promo code for additional registrants. Please have your staff liaison (the free member on your account) contact
membership@interpnet.com to receive a discount code for additional staff members.
Volunteer Discount - NAI members can save $200 off the posted professional member rates by volunteering for 8+ hours at the conference. To learn more on this savings, visit our

If you wish to take advantage of this discount, we ask that you please do not register before you have been approved as a volunteer.

*Note that single day registration rates are for in-person participation only. Single day participants will be able to access any keynotes, concurrent sessions, and lunch provided on the day of their registration. Evening activities and access to the online session recordings are not included.
Cancellation/Refunds - In-Person Event
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 31, 2021. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $125 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after October 31, 2022.
Submit all requests to NAI Registration via email at
registration@interpnet.com. NAI regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than December 10, 2022. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.
Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to
registration@interpnet.com. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Changes to offsite educational sessions can be made on the online registration form until October 31, 2022, subject to availability.
Cancellation/Refunds - Virtual Event
Virtual registration is non-refundable, as participants will have access to the platform and sessions for 90 days after the conference end date.
