REGISTRATION PACKAGES 
Full Registration includes registration for all three days plus lodging and meals (Friday: dinner, Saturday: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Sunday: breakfast and lunch) and access to all workshop events.
One Day Registration includes food and participation in all events for the registrant on the day chosen only.

Note: Camp Arroyo’s generous sponsorship of this conference has resulted in waived lodging costs. Unfortunately, there will be no registration discounts for staying off-site. Thank you for your understanding.

LODGING AVAILABLE ON-SITE AT CAMP ARROYO
 Camp Arroyo is a 138-acre park owned and maintained by the East Bay Regional Park District. All conference happenings—including concurrent sessions, meals, and lodging—will take place in and around Camp Arroyo’s sustainably-built facilities. The site contains six duplex cabins with bunk beds. Each side of the duplex has its own bathroom and sleeps twelve people.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be given until March 17, 2017 with a $25 cancellation fee. After that date, refunds will be considered only via review by the Region 9 conference committee. Cancellation requests must be received in writing and can be sent to Luke Bailey.

*** Attention Homebrewers! : Don’t forget to bring your homemade beer to Saturday night’s tasting and contest. All proceeds go towards future scholarships!***
This years style will be Saison. Bring a case for the tasting. A prize will be awarded to the fan favorite. Saison is a pale ale that is generally around 7% ABV, highly carbonated, fruity, spicy, and often bottle conditioned.
